OUR UNMISSABLE
Entirely built by a member of the staff of Laotian origin and his team, this Asian village is a faithful reproduction of the architecture as well as the decoration of the traditional Lao habitat.
You can observe around the village :
* authentic landscapes,
* plant species specific to Laos : banana trees, taros (exotic tubers), sugar cane, etc.
Bamboo can sometimes be giant! Immerse yourself in bamboo up to 25 meters high.
This exceptional herb with multiple and infinite uses, is also a wealth for our planet because, like all plants, bamboo absorbs Co2 and releases oxygen, making this plant the champion of greenhse gas fixators
A place where it is good to forget the hours to take the time. Time to enjoy this enclosed garden with the magnificent reliefs of its breathtaking landscape. Eugène Marie’s Bassin Garden:
* the architecture,
* the strong lines of the basin,
* the calm water of mirrors,
* and the spirit of nature of green, natural or flowing water.
A rejuvenating place that can be visited quietly while admiring its different perspectives…
Symbol of initiation, of the path to knowledge, the plant labyrinth is also a metaphor for travel.
You will have the opportunity to fin your way surrounded by a species of Japanese bamboo (Semiarundinaria makinoï) whose dense vegetation with short side branches lends itself perfectly to hedge pruning.
Will you take up the challenge?
Welcome to the immensity! Discover this magnificient Redwood Alley that is available to you from the entrance of the park
Surrounded by trees of several tens of meters and bamboo, young and old dive in an instant in wonderland.
Let yourself be surprised by the excess of these species reaching more than 40 meters high, for the largest of our park sequoias.
From walkway to module, enjoy an immersion in the heart of the vegetation, and take the time to admire, observe and study it safely and without root trampling.
* Accessible from 6 years under the responsibility of an adult
* Dedicated course for children up to 6 years old
* The aerial walk closes one hour before the park closes
Under the influence of the traditional art of the Japanese garden and Zen, Erik Borja, landscaper, applies here the main codes adapted to the environment and the Cevennes climate.
The breath of the dragon drawn by a mini water feature is spanned by the Red Phoenix Pavilion built of wood in the Japanese style.
You can admire a beautiful perspective on the marriage of aquatic elements, minerals and plants.
