By car: > From Nîmes, on the A9 motorway, take the N106 to Alès then continue to Anduze on the D910. The Bambouseraie is 3 km from Anduze on the D129 > from Montpellier, drive to St-Mathieu de Tréviers then Quissac on the D999 and continue on to Anduze. Take the D129 at Anduze.

 By train: Alès railway station is 10 km from the Bambouseraie 

By bus: You can find the Edgard bus service timetable on the Conseil Général du Gard website. Alternatively, catch a line 81 NTecC bus from Alès railway station.

Yes, you can buy your tickets online by clicking on the Ticketing tab or go directly to the visitor reception centre on the day of your visit.


You should plan to spend at least 2 hours in the park to make the most of your visit.

The aerial walkway adventure is self-guided.

We strongly recommend you wear sports shoes and suitable outdoor leisure clothing.

You are responsible for your own safety. Adults must accompany children aged 6 and above and are fully responsible for their safety. There is a specially designed walkway for younger children up to 6 years old. 

The net walkway is not recommended for pregnant women and people with joint disorders or heart problems.

The aerial adventure is a quiet, elevated walkway. Jumping, somersaults, etc. on the nets are forbidden.

Our staff will be on hand to provide all necessary information so that you can fully enjoy our aerial adventure.

Visitors have open access to the bamboutique, the garden centre and the bambousnack subject to season.

Annual season tickets are issued on an individual basis to the name bearer. With a season ticket you can enjoy our wonderful, enchanting plant paradise and take guided tours, as well as attend our events and shows. Season tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase for use during the time the park is open.

Child season ticket (4-13 years old): € 20


For safety reasons, we are obliged to forbid the use of bikes, scooters and balance bikes in the park.

Absolutely! You can visit the park with a pushchair.

Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome but should be kept on a lead.

Yes, the entire park is accessible for persons with disabilities.

Wheelchairs are available upon request for persons with reduced mobility.


In line with government guidance to combat COVID-19, the Bambouseraie en Cévennes has introduced public health measures to welcome you in the best possible conditions and ensure your safety throughout your visit.


Please adopt the shielding measures and comply with the current social distancing rules. Please follow the floor markings in the visitor reception centre.
Hydroalcoholic gel is available in the visitor reception centre.
